As part of the music programme, at the start of the year Grade 6 were allowed to try loads of different instruments as well as test their voices. The only rule is that you cannot have prior experience with it. Everyone was a total beginner! It’s all about finding new talents and passions hidden in our students. In the video below, let’s see what they thought about this programme and how the performance went!
It gives the students invaluable insight into instruments and techniques that they may never choose to do on their own. As Miliy said, it allows you an opportunity to practice with friends and get genuine enjoyment out of playing a new instrument.
With only a year of practising, the performance went extremely well and the audience response was incredible. Well done to all of Grade 6 for putting so much effort into your newfound talents.
