Alumni Stories - Chiara Aló
The art teachers at BWYA left a profound impact on Chiara Aló, an Italian alumnus from the class of 2008, through the dedication of teachers delivering an international curriculum. Her reminiscence on how she effortlessly got up each morning, looking forward to going to school, shows her strong bond to the school community.
As Chiara herself noted, “I’m always a work in progress.” After leaving BWYA, she took a risk by setting aside her passion for the arts to work with trains. However, she is now gradually returning to her artistic roots, incorporating art into photography as she travels the world. BWYA also helped Chiara develop an open mindset and transform the way she perceives her surroundings, including people, cultures, and the world at large.
Chiara advises young Wolves to absorb everything around them, as the energy they gain will help them overcome any challenges. Thank you, Chiara, for sharing your incredible resilience story and journey.
