Students visiting the Yan Temple and Yan Han Bo Mansion explore the cultural significance of Yan Zi, discovering themes such as “being poor yet eager to learn” and “finding joy in a humble life.” They delve into the ruins of Lu State City Park, participating in an archaeological experience that teaches them about artifact identification and preservation from experts. At the Confucius Museum, they learn about the life and teachings of Confucius, gaining insight into the origins and depth of Confucian culture.
Students at Shimen Mountain learnt navigation and survival skills while exploring landforms and ecological safety. They engaged in teamwork through practical tasks and traditional crafts, including silk flowers and seal carving.
